Despite the rise in popularity of urethane mouldings, solid hardwood remains king, especially in the high-end markets. In response to "green building" we've seen a growing interest in veneered mouldings because they extend the resource. Fingerjoint pine substrates are utilized most with an alder, maple or cherry veneer. Pine and poplar are top choices in stain and paint grades. MDF has particular appeal for paint grade because of the price and finish that can be applied.

It is a unique polymer resin blend and is the ideal solution for most standard flexible moulding applications. Zzz Flex® is our premium product and is state-of-the-art in flexible moulding technology. Ultra-Flex is a syntactic polyurethane compound with a cellular composition structure similar to wood. One of the main advantages of this material is that it is 40-50% lighter than other flexible mouldings. Machinable S4S made from our Ultra-Flex compound can be machined with all conventional woodworking machinery and will not dull expensive carbide knives like other flexible products.

Kleer Cellular PVC Trim products have the authentic look of real wood but don't have the ongoing maintenance issues associated with wood when used in exterior applications.

Kleer® brand cellular PVC trim products can be used on fascias, rakes, soffits, frieze or corners. They can be milled to created pilasters, gingerbread and custom architectural details to create a complete exterior millwork package.

Kleer® brand cellular PVC trim products do not require paint for protection or to retain their white color, but can be easily painted with 100% acrylic latex paint with amazing results. Kleer® brand cellular PVC trim products can be milled, shaped and routed using the same tools used with wood. They can be nailed, screwed, cut and drilled just like wood. They can even be heat-bent to create trim pieces for arced or circle-top applications.

Kleer™offers an array of weatherability features not found in any known woods. These include resistance to moisture, rot, mildew, cupping, splitting, delamination, or warping, Kleer is resistant to ALL insects, including termites and carpenter ants.

All products are stocked in Gesso Primed Finger Jointed Pine. Some of our profiles are available in MDF. Our profiles are available in any species by special order, with a normal lead time of 3 weeks. Custom profiles can be created If you have a requirement to match a particular profile.
